Don’t waste your money – Alison – Las Vegas, NV
Received this GPS for Christmas. Read the instructions and connected to the machine to start. We could not even turn on. We kept having to press the reset button to set and collect satellites. It gave the family gave me. They were charged overnight and then it worked. We tried in the city and took the wrong direction. He told us to return to the main road to reach the destination that was down the street, and wasno new roads or new positions. Thanks, I knew where we were going. I did not feel he was friendly to everyone. Used a Garmin navigation system before and that was a lot nicer. After learning a 2 nd time directins bad, we went back and ordered a Garmin. For what it costs, I expect that it works much better.
Not user friendly AT ALL – intexas – Southwest USA
Horrible voice. The interface is not intuitive. The keyboard on the screen freezes regularly ', as every time we use it, what is evident in a destination process 15 minutes. Heck, I could have driven there for the moment we have the GPS program! If you pull down the menu and tap Find / to face / and type in the address, for example .. to the shop where you go tomorrow .. GPS regularly "drops" of these requests. He did not take recent addresses, or you can register asa favorite anything. He's gone. Tomorrow, when you head … you must type this address again …. and chances are that the keyboard is going to freeze / crash / or simply default on the home screen and you start all over again!
The user manual is horrible, horrible.
I gave two stars because the GPS has a beautiful voice, when it works. It has an expandable memory card (I tried to add music to the SD card and when I added a CDwas too full!), and the screen has day and night mode.
But do not waste your money. Buy a Garmin.
