The fact that "all Canadian" was loaded onto a single CD should sound the alarm immediately. This CD is certainly necessary for all those who have a "Garmin MAP GPS, but do not expect to achieve the same level of detail available for the United States.
There is no available info for several major metropolitan city and you can have all the functions of research addresses and points of interest, but for any less than Ottawa, you're out of luck …
View information on the way down to county level openhighways and roads in some areas of the earth as well, but leaves a lot of detail that is simply not available. Water courses are also available, but again, the level of detail of the coastline is very low for most activities such as canoeing.
Hopefully Garmin maps in collaboration with some companies in Canada and obtain information much better. I think a good work will require multiple discs for each province a bit 'as SoftMap.
The software on the disc (MapSource)is rather low as well. You have very limited capacity to do something here and you have few options for exporting data. I suggest you spend a few dollars for the benefit of GPS, which is far superior to actually use your GPS mapping as originally planned.

Of no fault of NatGeo; these topo maps are lame – Harry M. Shin – Livermore, CA USA
1. I first tried these electronic topographic maps on their first entry into the market years ago, when in fact NatGeo maps were held by "Mouse" of society. I was very disappointed by this product and then did not use any CPU-based mapping application for many years. But with the slick advertising Nice NatGeo current maps, I decided to check out this product.
2. Bottomline, products CPU mouse still stinks. The maps are not detailed enough, it is alwaysmoderately slow (but not bad), and the bottomline has always been the place as the Bay Area (ie mainly urban areas), which is best done everything from a book of decent hiking topographic maps or paper, you actually have more useful in that way. Maybe the next generation of electronic maps will change things, but forget the product.

This product may be great, I'll never know. I paid $ 80 for her and she did not come with installation disk. I assume that workers in China was a bad day that day. I tried numerous attempts to contact the company, but was postponed to leave a message on a computer that controls a person. You can not reach everyone in their customer service. I recommend not buying this product.
Not Enough Map For Money – Biggest E – Winter: FL, Summer: MD
I like this software and some maps NatGeo. I gave 5 stars NatGeo had it not been so close with the map data. You can get past Maryland Baltimore 3.5 hours west of Baltimore (200 miles), but once on the Bay Bridge (about 40 miles), East Coast just beyond the shore today. There are many wonderful parks and major rivers just a little 'further east and still in Maryland, NatGeo not leave the quad to include additionalThese areas include the Delaware. Shame on you NatGeo! Dear and eager for you. I would have gladly paid a bit 'more money for MD's Eastern Shore and Delaware shore including the DC / Balto area. Moreover, the maps are quite old – 1970. I would like to see NatGeo put some more effort into it.
National Geo Weekend Explorer – Albuquerque – reiningldy – Santa Fe, NM USA
I purchased this product to use with my GPS rides. The five levels of zoom for great help in deciding where to take my horse. An added bonus is that the application seems to allow me to open a fifth zoom level with the state of my series that supports four levels. I am very happy with my purchase and bonus broadcast this information to my friends who set the state.
