Went through three rounds and more than two hours of customer service. This is a great concept, but I think that is on the side of the equation T-Mobile is the problem. Do not buy!

Cheap defective product – William W. Phelps – Vermont
Of the four receptors, only two have worked at all. The battery connections were bent when the batteries were installed at the factory. Of the two recipients who have worked, but we do not have flash beep. Last tone every time he has worked, but the pressure was applied. When placed in a pocket and was on the issue of pressure caused the receiver beeps.
Do not buy this product!
