Magellan really need to rethink the way they make USB charger adapter and cables. As mentioned in previous comments, you must take the stupid USB cable with you in the car, if you want to use the car charger. In order to have the extra USB cord flop around everywhere. I can live with the fact that the USB cable is a screw on the annoying thing (for water resistance bla bla), but why not make the car charger uses the same card? Ok, then why could not be usedboth cables simultaneously. But they should have the plug in the car USB charging cable, rather than vice versa, so that you can use the car charger without the need for additional cables everywhere.
Also, wrap the cable is quite stiff and tends to draw relatively firm on the GPS device if your lighter does not happen to be in 18 "GPS.
Other than that … He did not charge the battery very well indeed.

This was announced on the website and an e-mail sent to me by Amazon, this unit will work with the eXplorist 300. The eXplorist has ports for others to connect to him. Why was purchased by a company authorized Amazon, I could not go without a great Hastle.

This is quite large, but it works very well. I wish it were a USB port instead of serial port. Connections are securely attached, which is appreciated since I bought a diff't model had very loose connections.

The cable works perfectly. I used the cable for a long trip (14 hours +) without any problem. I also used the data adapter to provide the data to an APRS beacon and this has worked well.

Great replacement for the original – Nathan Beauchamp – Oak Park, IL USA
The charging cable for my old GPS has failed after two years of use. How is out of warranty I had no choice but to find a replacement. I was pleased that Amazon has done what I need about half the cost of a hut (seriously, who charges $ 35 for a piece of string?). This cable does the job and is at least as good as the original charger. Very glad.

E 'was delivered on time and it works. I had a bit 'of trouble finding one that actually worked until I found it. The two I had a Magellan frayed apart and no longer works. I found a replacement for another company and received a magazine that has not completely and not work. They sent a replacement that does not work as well. I finally found this place and it works! If you need a spare charger / power cable, look no further.
